We will never share your details with anybody, unless we are required by law to do so.

Payment, Postage and Delivery

We accept payment through Paypal, and will only post to the address linked to the Paypal account used. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay through Paypal using a credit/debit card.

Postage rates shown are for UK, please contact us for postage charges for elsewhere.

Please also contact us if buying multiple items, so your postage can be adjusted accordingly.

We aim to post your item, using Royal Mail First Class Delivery, within 3 working days, unless otherwise stated. The posting times of commissioned pieces will vary, depending on the size of the piece requested.

Returns and Refunds

We hope you will be very happy with your Meg&Millie items, however should you wish to return an item for refund or exchange, please first contact us via the contact form, so that we can do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Returns must be made within 7 working days, in an unused condition and in original packaging.

Please request and retain a proof of postage when returning an item, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in the post.

We can not refund postage costs.
